With total assets exceeding $2 billion, Fidelity Bank is recognized as one of the “Top 200 Community Banks in the Country” (American Banker.) For over a decade, we have helped to expand the Fidelity Bank brand both internally and externally. In our first project, we gave employees a voice in developing the Bank’s core values and gathered their stories into a powerful video presentation that brought to life what those values mean to them. According to Bank CEO, Dan Santaniello, this engagement initiative played a major role in laying the foundation for the Bank’s future. Since then, we have continued to tell the Bank’s evolving story, illustrating how Fidelity Bank’s singular culture and vision drive its success.
